The Pyronexus Project Development division delivers fully integrated, turnkey solutions for biochar production facilities. We offer the management of every stage of project execution, from feasibility studies, engineering design, site preparation, and permitting to procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning, ensuring your facility becomes fully operational with maximum efficiency.
Our services include biomass preprocessing (particle size adjustment and moisture conditioning), post-processing to meet production and market specifications, and deployment of our pyrolysis technology. We provide complete operations and maintenance support, including one year of on-site equipment operation, trained personnel, operator training, and continuous performance monitoring.
Pyronexus also handles all regulatory requirements and supports carbon credit certification, helping you quantify, validate, and certify carbon removal to unlock additional revenue streams.

Extended Services
Extended Commissioning Services (ECS)
Pyronexus will provide a Biochar Operations Supervisor for 12 months to oversee commissioning, startup, ramp-up, and steady-state operations, with complementary remote support throughout.
Optional Biochar Offtake Agreement
Pyronexus proposes a biochar offtake at a price per ton (dry basis) to be determined after the production model is finalized.
Optional Services & Add-Ons
Leveraging our technical expertise and operational experience, Pyronexus ensures smooth and efficient performance of your Biochar Reactor, providing rapid response for maintenance and troubleshooting. We supply a fully staffed team of skilled operators and engineers to manage day-to-day operations, maintain equipment, and oversee overall site performance. This comprehensive approach minimizes risk while fostering long-term collaboration, maximizes uptime and production efficiency, and ensures optimized system performance for reliable, consistent results.
Optional integration and coordination between Pyronexus’ project team and the customer’s selected EPC contractor.
Pyronexus provides all necessary tools, auxiliary equipment, and consumables (excluding feedstock costs) required for site operations and maintenance. Extended remote technical support is also available as outlined in the detailed proposal. Customers will be responsible for purchasing consumables directly from vendors, while Pyronexus will facilitate and recommend the necessary equipment based on our technology. Some of the tools and equipment offered include mechanical and electrical tool kits, moisture analyzers, thermographic cameras, vacuum cleaners, mobile office setup with consumables, spare parts, electrical components, fuel and utility provisions, contingency allowances, and heavy equipment such as telehandlers and above-ground LPG tanks. Monthly consumables include propane (LPG), grid electricity, and water to support continuous operations.
We offer support in coordinating third-party Engineering and Procurement (EPC) services for the project, as well as overseeing site preparation and civil works. Site preparation includes civil works, site grading, foundations, and other necessary infrastructure improvements to ensure a smooth project launch. For EPC services, we work with a preferred vendor whom we can introduce to you; you may choose to engage them directly or have Pyronexus manage the EPC process on a cost-plus basis. Additionally, we can supply any extra equipment required for successful project execution, including a mobile office for rental and a generator with full-time backup, maintenance, and diesel support.
Pyronexus provides comprehensive support for Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and carbon credit development, including carbon removal quantification, guidance on carbon credit methodology and certification, and access to carbon credit market opportunities. This service helps maximize the environmental and financial value of your biochar project while ensuring compliance with recognized carbon standards.
